Ultimate Excellence is the studio's core offering: a full design project, from the first brief to the day you receive the keys. We design every layer of the interior — concept, planning, drawings, materials, furniture, light — and then we stay on site through it's full implementation. You make the decisions that matter to you. We carry everything else.

This is a year of your life. We treat it that way.

PROJECT PROCESS

What's included in the Ultimate Excellence package:

Design Project stage:

Brief and discovery. Deep conversation, lifestyle analysis, your values and rhythms — the foundation on which the whole project stands.
Site review. On-site visit with measurements, photo and video documentation. Coordination with the client's engineering, structural and planning specialists where required.
Authored concept. Vibrant City Chic — evocative moodboards, colour palette, material directions, sketches, the character of every space.
Detailed layout. Spatial configuration, furniture and lighting placement, plumbing and electrical points, wall elevations, ceilings, joinery plans.
Photorealistic 3D renders of key spaces.
Specification of materials with real prices, furniture and textile selections.
Material and furniture sourcing. Curated presentations of finishes and pieces, showroom visits with the client where useful.

Implementation stage:

Author's supervision on site. Regular site visits during realisation. Quality control against the design project. Adjustments where the project meets reality.
Coordination with the client's contractors. Recommendations, technical clarifications, schedule input.
Procurement. Order tracking, delivery coordination, final selections, paint colour approvals, detailed specifications for bespoke furniture.
All trade discounts returned to the client.
Regular reporting on budget and progress.
Final styling and photography of the completed interior.

After Ultimate Excellence

The day you receive the keys, the project is complete. The studio's central offering is built so that the result needs nothing added to be whole. For most clients, this is where the work ends and life in the space begins. But for those who want to go further, there are two paths:

SEA Aftercare Circle. A membership that begins where the project ends — seasonal updates, art consulting, closed studio events, concierge access. The home continues to evolve with you. The relationship with the studio continues alongside it.

Advanced Deluxe. If you are at the start of the journey and want the deepest creative process the studio offers, Advanced is the premium tier above Ultimate. It adds two things: Two Visions — two parallel concepts for your space, one from your brief, one as our authored reading of you, and you choose between them or combine them — and the first year of the SEA Aftercare Circle included from the outset. The two are continuous: the project does not end on the day of the keys; it begins a new chapter.
