PROJECT PROCESS

Essential Delight gives you a clear authored direction without the depth of a full design project. What's included in the package:

Brief as a dialogue

The project begins with a conversation, not a questionnaire. We discuss how you live in the space. Out of this dialogue comes a clear understanding of who you are and what the space should hold.
Budget framing

We define the realistic budget range — not a precise estimate, but a working frame within which the concept will live.
Site review

We work from your existing floor plans, technical drawings and photographs of the space. If additional measurements are needed for the concept, we agree them together.
Layout proposals

We propose some schematic spatial configurations — furniture placement, lighting points, plumbing and key zones. The goal is to see how the space could live before we dress it.
Sketches and collages

Hand and digital sketches that bring the layout to life — perspectives, key wall elevations, the character of each room. Sketches save time and money: they make decisions visible before they become expensive.
Style, colour and material moodboards

An authored direction in our Vibrant City Chic — atmosphere, colour palette built on the 60-30-10 formula, material directions, recommended combinations. References and direction, not exact product specifications.

After Essential Delight
Receiving a clear authored direction means you have two paths forward:

Continue independently. Take the concept to a furniture showroom, work with a decorator of your choosing, or bring your own taste to bear. The direction is yours.
