Advanced Deluxe is the studio's premium tier — a different way of arriving at the home you will live in. It is for clients who want the deepest creative dialogue the studio offers, and who see a home as a continuing relationship — not a transaction.

Most design projects begin with a brief and end with a finished interior. Advanced begins with a brief and a second reading of it — an authored interpretation of who you are, alongside your own words. Two parallel concepts are developed for the same space. You see your home from two creative angles before choosing between them, or combining the two into something neither would have been alone.

And the day you receive the keys is not the day the project ends. It is the day the S.E.A. Aftercare Circle begins — included for the first year. The studio stays in your orbit. The home continues to evolve with you.

PROJECT PROCESS

What's included in the Advanced Deluxe package:

EVERYTHING IN ULTIMATE EXCELLENCE:

The complete design project, from brief and concept through detailed drawings, 3D, specifications and material sourcing. Full author's supervision on site. Coordination with your contractors and engineering specialists. Procurement with all trade discounts returned to you. Final styling and project photography.

PLUS — TWO VISIONS

Two parallel creative concepts developed for the same space.

The first concept is built from your brief — your references, your stylistic preferences, the visual language you have described to us.
The second concept is built as our authored reading of you — what we have seen, heard and understood about your life beyond the words of the brief. Sometimes this matches your description. Sometimes it opens what you could not yet formulate, but recognise when you see it.

The functional foundation — how many in the family, how you spend your days, how you cook, work, host, rest — stays consistent across both concepts. The creative interpretation is where they part ways. You choose one, or combine the two.

PLUS — SEA AFTERCARE CIRCLE: FIRST YEAR INCLUDED

Membership at the Foundation level, automatically included for twelve months from the day the project is delivered. Foundation includes:

Sign-on Welcome — welcome box and onboarding into the studio's closed world
Annual Review — personal meeting with the founder, once a yea
Seasonal updates of the interior
Art consulting session
Concierge requests
Invitations to closed SEA events

Aftercare can be extended into Signature or Bespoke tiers at the end of the first year, on the client's choice. Continuing clients enter the studio's loyalty programme, with accumulated credits and other benefits.

A continuing relationship

Advanced Deluxe brings together the studio's deepest creative process and the first year of post-project support in a single offering. For clients who want the full arc — from the brief, through Two Visions, into the home, and into the year that follows — it is the most complete way to work with S.E.A.

But Aftercare is never tied to a single pathway. Any Client who has worked with S.E.A. before, can join the Aftercare Circle separately at any time — choosing the level that fits the current chapter of life. The studio stays reachable on its own terms, not as part of a fixed package.

A finished home is the deliverable. The relationship with the studio — whether it begins in Advanced, or arrives later — is open for as long as you want it to be. We are here for the years when the home needs us, and we step back in the years when it does not.
